Parent company, ZARUBEZHNEFT JSC, is a state-owned Moscow-based enterprise operating under brand name NESTRO, which became majority owner of NESTRO PETROL in 2007 after privatization of Oil industry of the Republic of Srpska, which was followed by total modernization and rebranding of retail network of petrol stations and of the oil industry as a whole.
